Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Classroom Supervisor to join one of our partner schools in NE24. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment for all students. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and ensure the smooth operation of classrooms, supporting both students and educators.

Classroom Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
* Assist teachers with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
* Monitor student behaviour and address any disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
* Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans and strategies.
* Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, as directed by teachers.
* Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials.
* Help with record-keeping and documentation as required.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and parents as needed.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
* Basic knowledge of classroom technology and educational software.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
