We are currently looking for Cleaners to work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm 40 hours per week.

Connolly and Callaghan Ltd are providers of Emergency Accommodation ensuring a comfortable place to stay for homeless individuals and families in the Bristol and West of England area.

We work with statutory agencies across the South West to place homeless families and individuals on an emergency basis.

We require an additional Cleaner to join our team cleaning our Hostels, Flats and Homes

Duties will include (but are not limited to):-

  • Deep cleaning
  • carpet cleaning
  • cleaning bin stores
  • forensic cleaning
  • Vacuuming
  • Cleaning kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms/halls
  • Dusting
  • Mopping floors
  • Emptying bins
  • oven and hob cleans
  • white goods cleaning
  • laundry
  • Cleaning windows
  • Polishing
  • Supporting the emergency accommodation officer
  • Helping to bag belongings-strictly in line with the belongings procedure
  • manual lifting
  • Setting up rooms (making beds, putting together/making furniture)
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to Emergency accommodation officer
  • Completing the cleaning checklist
  • Following all company policies and procedures

This role requires you to undergo a DBS check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£12.20 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break
