Clerk of Works

Full Job Description

One of my clients based in South Wales are currently on the search for an interim Residential Clerk of Works.

You will be expected to visit 25-30 different sites per week (across the district) with duties such as site inspections, updating site diaries, updating site instructions and in general advise on required unexpected works.

Candidate Expectations:

• Will have a trade background.
• Experienced with housing refurbishment.
• HND/HNC is desirable but not necessary.

Role information:

Contract length: 6 months.

Working Pattern: 5 days on-site.

Rate: 23-26p/h umbrella.

Start date: Start of May
