Full Job Description

Position : Clerk of Works

Project Duration : 2 years

Location : London

Responsibilities :

• Oversee construction activities on-site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications and regulations.
• Identify and raise non-conformance issues promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact between client and the contracting team.
• Utilize 15-20 years of experience to maintain quality standards throughout the project.

Requirements :

• 15-20 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Ability to work a 37.5-hour week.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
• Local candidates preferred.

Compensation :

• Hourly rate: 50-55ph umbrella rate (Inside IR35 regulations).
• No expenses provided.
