About the Role

Come work in a fast-paced, exciting social media team who are pushing innovation, delivering best in class social and creator campaigns and driving creativity with some of Britain’s best loved brands.

 

The social media team at MG OMD are looking for a Creator (influencer) Business Director who will lead the creator marketing across the agency and lead a team delivering campaigns in this exciting and growing area of marketing.

 

We work with an incredible set of clients, including pladis (Jaffa Cakes, McVitie’s, Mini Cheddars), Pernod Ricard, John Lewis, Waitrose, Glanbia (Optimum Nutrition/Slim Fast) and recently acquired SharkNinja.  

 

  • Develop our proposition in Creator Marketing
  • Tell our story to clients and the industry and advocate for the discipline
  • Drive MG OMD’s Creator campaign output and manage a team working in this area   
  • Create campaigns linked to outcomes and drive value and effectiveness in all the team’s campaigns
  • At MG OMD we pride ourselves on the quality and creativity of our output and we want our creator and influencer campaigns to be the best in the industry
  • Working with the Head of Social you will manage the accounts of this discipline and ensure profitability and growth
