Job description

We are hiring an Account Manager to work with Premium Beauty and Persona Care brands in US, UK and Europe to manage their brands on Amazon.


Your Role

You will own the client relationship for a portfolio of premium beauty and personal care brands, responsible for delivering against aligned commercial targets, as well driving client satisfaction. Problem solving, analytical strategic thinking, process development, technical Amazon platform skills, strong communications skills and relationship building, combined with a tenacious can-do friendly attitude are the attributes required to succeed in this role. You will have presence when delivering virtual and in-person presentations and will stop at nothing to ensure clients are brought along the journey in a caring and knowledgeable manner.

Specifically, you will own the day-to-day relationship and account performance, interacting directly with senior leadership at each brand. You will analyse Amazon commercial and advertising data, combined with broader market segment insights, to develop and present weekly and quarterly reporting. You will develop a winning strategy for your clients via written and oral communication. You will be a valued member of the Invinci team, co-creating the culture and processes of our start-up, with significant room for growth as we scale quickly.


In your role you will:

  • Deliver the highest level of customer to service to our premium clients, earning trust and delivering on promises.
  • Track, manage and communicate client and internal Invinci KPIs.
  • Help develop and improve processes, support teammates and drive positive culture in a fast-growing start-up environment.
  • Focus on solutions, going the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
  • Use data and market segment insights to develop and manage client strategy across brand, commercial KPIs and Amazon advertising.
  • Work remotely with a high level of independence and ownership, whilst receiving significant support and training from Invinci management and team members.
  • Understand and manage topline and profitability goals internally and for the client.
  • Identify opportunities for Invinci and your clients that deliver vs existing KPIs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Stay abreast of trends within the Beauty and ecommerce market segment.


What You’ll Bring

  • TENACIOUS self-directed, self-starter. Can-do attitude, positive forward building momentum. Great with clients.
  • 2-3 years experience at a marketplace and agency environment and/or at Amazon directly is preferred.
  • Understanding of Amazon dynamics, tools and opportunity.
  • Interest or experience in beauty and personal care.
  • Entrepreneurial, hustle attitude, delighted by challenge and growth opportunities.
  • Emotional intelligence and people skills required to earn trust and manage client relationships.
  • Positive and solutions oriented.
  • Excited by a start-up environment and ready to contribute to massive company growth. Grow with us.
  • Fluency in other European languages is a positive.
