PURPOSE OF ROLE

As a key brand ambassador, the Client Advisor is responsible for optimizing sales performance and contributing to the overall success of the boutique/store and the Bucherer experience. Delivering an exceptional client experience, building and establishing fruitful client relationships and working cohesively with the team to make every experience in the boutique a memorable one for the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Duties include but are not limited to; sales, merchandising, stock management, client relationship management, general housekeeping, maintaining stock integrity, etc.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and KPI’s in a timely manner as set by the management team.
  • Continuously build, develop and nurture a flourishing client database through excellent customer service and client relationship management with regular and appropriate outreach to clients by using the company tools available.
  • Consistently going ‘above and beyond’ to deliver an outstanding client experience to facilitate repeat business.
  • Develop exceptional brand and industry knowledge and understanding to appropriately identify clients’ needs.
  • Be driven to exceed targets, both in sales figures and personal service levels through multiple communication channels.
  • Be aware of, and knowledgeable about, new brands, products and launches and to update clients where appropriate.  
  • Exhibit a high degree of passion and enthusiasm for the role, following The Bucherer Way in day-to-day tasks and communication with team members and clients alike.
  • Ensure Mystery Shopping Guidelines are followed with every client
  • Be aware of, and ensure compliance to all Health, Safety & Security procedures
  • To adhere to and understand company policies and procedures and to conduct yourself in a way that is aligned with brand and company values at all times.
  • Duties relating to stock replenishment, stock handling and housekeeping as instructed by Manager.
  • Ensuring the full sales ceremony is completed including brand warranty activations, link adjustments and data capture to ensure excellency and effective client relationship management translates to repeat sales.

PRACTICAL / TECHNICAL KNOW HOW

  • Sales expert with a renowned ability and excellent CRM proficiency.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury retail/hospitality environment
  • Previous experience working towards personal and store sales targets and working to deadlines.
  • Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge
  • Ability to perform sales ceremony in line with Mystery Shopping guidelines
  • Computer literate with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with aftercare management and link adjustment experience
  • Experience with relevant software systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Office, POS, Radix etc
