Full Job Description

Title: Client Engagement Manager (Workplace Nurseries) Salary: £DOE Hours : 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday Job Type : Permanent, Fulltime Location:   Remote with occasional travel to company offices (Northampton, Manchester and London) and client sites.

The Role As the Client Engagement Manager (Workplace Nurseries) your primary responsibility is to oversee a portfolio of client nurseries and actively generate enquiries and use of Bright Horizons benefits among client families. You will achieve this by employing innovative marketing strategies, email marketing, encompassing onsite events/presentations, and digital marketing campaigns. Building strong relationships with the nursery operations team and client liaisons will be essential to your role. Reporting to the Strategic Client Engagement Manager, you will collaborate closely with the B2C Marketing team and the Client Relations team to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Driving Enquiry Generation: Implement best practice marketing engagement strategies to drive enquiry generation and the use of Bright Horizons benefits for a portfolio of nursery clients.
  • Strategic Marketing Plans: Develop and sustain strategic marketing plans for key nursery clients to demonstrate our partnership and raise awareness of our client nurseries and family-friendly solutions.
  • Collaboration with the wider Team: Work in partnership with the parent marketing team to plan upcoming open days and events, and with the Client Engagement Marketing Programme Manager to brief requirements for multi-channel marketing collateral, including print, email, video, events, webinars, and social channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse nursery data to ensure optimum occupancy levels, prioritising high opportunity to ensure proactive and creative marketing activities are in place.
  • New Openings: Be the marketing and engagement lead for all new workplace nursery openings.
  • Campaign Tracking: Track and monitor marketing campaigns to demonstrate their effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Partnerships: Collaborate and regularly interact with B2C marketing, operations, client liaisons, and account managers to review nursery performance.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings to discuss the level of enquiries, full-time equivalent (FTE) utilisation, and forthcoming engagement activities.
  • Client Nursery Events: Deliver events at client nurseries to raise awareness of our services, engaging with client liaisons and employees.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities to work closely with operations, B2C marketing, client liaisons, and account managers.
  • Analytical skills to review data, inform strategy, and drive growth, prioritising high opportunity and high-risk clients.
  • Strategic mindset for developing engagement plans to demonstrate partnerships, growth, and promote family-friendly solutions.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with key stakeholders and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and customer service delivery, particularly within a multi-site business, with demonstrable team management and development experience.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset, capable of meeting the needs of internal and external customers and understanding their requirements in alignment with business objectives.
  • Visual literacy and creativity with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to respond to client requests professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards change in a growing organisation, with a drive to find ways to enhance sales, marketing, and customer-facing processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduate-level qualification, preferably in a marketing discipline.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package and Qlik or equivalent.
