About the Role

The Business Director is a senior role within the PHD UK Client Leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of media campaigns for a key PHD account in the Consumer Finance sector.

The Business Director will work closely with the client, the internal team, and media partners to deliver innovative and effective media solutions that drive business results. You will also have an opportunity to be part of PHD’s inclusive culture, an open space where you can bring your true self to work and where opinions and ideas are listened to and there is scope to push boundaries.

About You

You will be comfortable being responsible for all agency output for the client. Motivating, organising and supporting a team of planners, co-ordinating and collaborating with broader agency specialists.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and credibility to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

You will be an experienced media practitioner offering a broad knowledge across all channels and disciplines. You will have an analytical approach and be familiar recommending the most effective measurement approaches.

As a senior leader in the team, you must have a proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns that meet or exceed client goals and expectations.
