Client Partner / Business Development Manager

We have seen significant growth this year and want to continue ourgrowth by recruiting in to our global business development team.

The role

Our Client Partner roles are a mix of new business and existing clientdevelopment, partnering with senior HR and Talent Acquisition teams on a globalbasis to help them identify their executive level talent challenges and deliverthe solutions.

Aligned to one of our key practice areas, you will build and maintainrelationships with your clients, presenting innovative, creative, and sectorleading solutions, becoming their go to person for global talent mapping,pipe-lining and insight.  


Requirements

What we look for

We are looking for people who are truly consultative, skilled atsolutions sales and able to build lasting client partnerships.

You will have a background in Executive Search, recruitment or talentassessment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in winning businessand growing client revenues.

Key requirements:

·        Experience working with Senior HR andTalent Acquisition leaders.

·        In-depth understanding of the talentmarket and its challenges

·        Possess high levels of emotionalintelligence

·        Have experience of working within oneof our key Practice Groups

    • Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical)
    • Consumer & Industrial
    • Technology
    • Financial Services
  • Ideally you will be commutable to either our London or Hale offices

 

Desirable requirements

· Experience of international sales

·        Foreign language skills
