We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our growing team covering the EMEA region! You will be responsible for managing onboarding pre-identified contingent workers and ensure they are engaged compliantly with our clients as well as overseeing an exciting spend management programme

Position Objectives & Responsibilities
- Relationship management related to all requirements in the implementation of new client solutions.
- Establish and develop relationships across the client’s business including senior managers / directors and line managers.
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for both transition and newly hired Contingent Workers and proactive management to ensure they are engaged throughout the onboarding process and during their assignment
- Responsible for the contingent worker care and management throughout their assignment.
- Responsible for ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance processes are completed satisfactorily throughout the on-boarding process.
- You will be the first point of contact for clients and contingent workers.
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of client specific operations manuals and operating processes and procedures.
- Ensure all requirements are entered onto and managed on the respective systems including the VMS platform and ensuring that data is 100% accurate and up to date.
- Manage daily trackers to ensure accurate overviews can be provided at short notice
- Manage and deliver ad hoc project work as required directed by the management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- A-level or equivalent job experience.
- Administration experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- You will be able to use your own initiate; own the outcome and be service focused.
- Proficiency in using a VMS, CRM and HRIS system (training provided).
- Experience with supplier management programmes an advantage
- An initiative-taking and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality.
- Fluent in German would be ideal
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management, verbal & written communication and influencing skills.
- You can collate Business Intelligence and present to stakeholders as required.
- Experience of managing onboarding and managing lifecycle or worker’s engagement.
- Diligent, coupled with strong administration skills.
- Inventive with commercial awareness and a purposeful mindset.
- A team player who can meet tight deadlines wen required.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Must have knowledge of German labour & employment law (contingent workers), including labour leasing license (AÜG) and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
The ability to review and interpret Business Intelligence and provide meaningful insights – useful.
