Full Job Description

I have partnered with one of the most prestigious London based Property Investor/Developers to make a Senior Portfolio Management hire in their Property management team.

My client has been in the Property Industry for over 30 years and as of last year grown to a size of circa £5billion in assets with plans to aggressively expand in 2024.

The portfolio is all commercial with a specific focus on the West End & City of London. All consisting of prime multi let offices ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 sq ft.

With a business of this caliber presents a unique opportunity, providing an unrivaled amount of exposure in areas outside of core day to day management. You will be heavily involved in.

• Building strategy.
• Placemaking.
• Licenses to alter.
• Leasing.

You will be joining a team of 8 people, 5 being more senior. Unlike most client-side organisations there is a clear promotion structure, (3 more levels of seniority above yourself) and plenty of room to develop and progress.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years commercial property management experience, chartership is not essential.

The package on offer for this position is outstanding. £69,500 plus 15% non-contributory pension and a huge annual bonus. My client offers flexible working, 3 days in the office 2 at home.
