You will join a growing IT consultancy who are driving digital transformation and sustainable solutions for the world’s leading financial institutions. The company is working with numerous aspects of pioneering technologies including cloud engineering (partnerships with AWS, Azure and GCP), AI and blockchain. Due to the level of company growth, my client is looking for a Client Solutions Director to drive the tech strategy for their insurance or retail banking clients. You will act as a technology and business expert, leading pre-sales engagement and over seeing projects to enable opportunities for revenue growth. You will also own the technology relationship.
Main responsibilities:
- Own technical solutions as part of all pre-sales engagements in the insurance sector
- Act as a technical bridge and project oversight between clients, sales and delivery
- Keep track of technology trends in the industry and with partners to identify competitive advantages
- Help align the UK approach
- Identify market specific challenges and opportunities that will help the company build relevant world class offerings
- C-suite stakeholder management and engagement

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a senior technologist for a technology/consulting organisation
- Extensive experience in providing strong technical leadership with a background in solution or enterprise architecture
- Experience delivering insurance or retail banking programmes
- Experience working on cloud projects in a leadership capacity
- Track record of winning large bids/tender
