Client Support Specialist
Wrexham
£28,000
ShortList are recruiting for
a Client Support Specialist to join a market leading business in
Wrexham. The role is responsible for managing product support requests
and resolving user queries. You will be able to identify the core root
of issues and use product knowledge to resolve user queries.
This role is best suited to a
confident and friendly communicator, with the ability to pick up
technical knowledge and deal demands in an efficient manner. The
client are also open to junior options looking for a step into the
tech and consultancy world. This product is a bespoke technology and
requires basic Excel and Salesforce knowledge, preferably.
Skills required for the Client Support
Specialist:
- A problem solver who adds value to
support interactions
- Can work well in a team and
understand when to escalate a technical situation
- A
self-motivated, well organised and highly driven individual
- Positive approach to learning and able to pick up new
technology quickly
- Proficient user of the Microsoft
packages, specifically Excel
- Diploma or Bachelor's
Degree in Computing or similar would be ideal, but not essential
- Experience working in a customer based role, ideally over the
phone and email
- Experience with helpdesk software such
as Salesforce would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently
manage external technical support requests
- Ensure that
customers are well-informed through support queries
- Use
internal support knowledge to minimise the number of queries
- Feedback the most common technical queries and errors to an
internal support team
- Prioritise requests based on
urgency and customer and company requirements
- Provide
regular reporting and analysis summaries
- Document and
classify all tickets correctly
- Handle and process any
personal data in a confidential manner

The Client Support Specialist role has a salary of up
to £28,000 and comes with a range of fantastic benefits including

with length of service. This is a hybrid role, based in Wrexham and is
commutable from Chester, North Wales, Wirral and Cheshire.
