Clinical Education Courses and Service Support Administrator- 13 months FTC (maternity cover)

 

In this role, you will provide excellent service to Dentsply Sirona UK Customers ensuring all equipment and training materials are delivered on time and to the correct location. You will support a small, friendly and busy team with both stock control duties, picking and packing, telephone and administration Full training will be given.

 

Main key responsibilities

  • Clinical Education Admin support – processing course requests, managing course equipment stock levels, general admin to support ongoing development of processes.
  • Arranging courier dispatch & collections for clinical education & service centre repairs.
  • This role also supports our Service Centre - phone and email queries, booking in repairs, and collections.
  • Picking and packing of spare parts orders.
  • Receiving deliveries for the Stonehouse site and distributing to the relevant department.
  • Carries out and is involved in perpetual stock counts and annual stock take.
  • Meet Company standards, ethics, and compliance requirements.

 

Requirements

  • PC and excel skills.
  • Results orientated and Adaptable/willing to take on new tasks.
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
  • Displays initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company.
