I am looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a fabulous luxury home providing high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care in the beautiful town of Brackley. The home has a cinema, library and caf enabling residents to live life to the full.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance including carrying out audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
• Lead a team of staff
• Ensure residents always receive the best care
• Provide excellent nursing and clinical care
• Actively contribute to all clinical delivery within the home

For this great Clinical Lead Nurse post you will need:

• NMC nurse registration with relevant post-registration experience
• A strong clinical skillset
• The ability to lead the nursing team
• Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
• The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
• A passion for promoting best nursing practice
• The ability to train, support and mentor others
• A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
