22.50 to 23.63 per hour | Days and Nights | Full Time | 12 Hour Shifts

A nursing home in the Sheffield are currently has a vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead their clinical team on a full-time basis.

Details of the vacancy and what the home is offering:

• Full time hours on a permanent contract, working days and night shifts
• 12 hour shifts 8 to 8, you may be asked to do on call
• A competitive pay rate of 22.50 on day shifts and 23.63 on night shifts
• A fantastic working environment

As Clinical Lead, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.

What we are looking for:

• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN
• Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
• Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
