Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Christchurch, Dorset
- Location : Christchurch, Dorset
- Position: Clinical Lead Manager RGN / RMN / RNLD
- Care Categories: nursing and dementia care are offered
- Negotiable Salary: up to £23.31ph (£48,500 per annum) The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
- Hours: 40 hours including shift and supernumery hours
- Flexible Shifts: Day shifts

experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to
develop their nursing career at our home located in
Christchurch, Dorset.
Our Home specialise in
nursing and dementia care.
All care plans are person-centred and
directed towards the dignity of service users, carried out by friendly
and experienced carers who have worked hard to build up a strong local
reputation.
A computer-based care documentation system adds to the
efficiency of carers and allows for more staff-to-resident interaction
time
We are looking for a Registered Nurse
RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our
management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.
Job Role: As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely
with our nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of
clinical care and governance in our homes. Supported by our management
team, you will ensure our residents receive the best care, meet their
needs through excellent nursing and clinical care, and actively
contribute to all clinical delivery.
Skills/Experience
Required
- Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team.
- Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team.
- Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for promoting best nursing practice and able to train, support and mentor others.
- A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance.
