Clinical Pharmacist

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist

Location: Greater Manchester

Type of Employment: Temporary

This is an exciting opportunity for a locum pharmacist to join our dynamic and friendly team on a 6-month Locum contract. Responsibilities:

• Dispense and supply medication in accordance with legal and professional requirements
• Provide clinical and therapeutic advice to patients and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of dispensing and patient medication history
• Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive healthcare service to patients
• Provide support to pharmacy technicians and trainees as
• Ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council ( GPhC )
• At least 2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with computerized pharmacy systems
