Cure Talent are delighted to be partnered with an established Medical Devices Manufacturer, who, due to their continued growth, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research to join them.

As the new Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing trial sites, managing trial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of study protocols.

This is a remote position with occasional site visits.

We are looking for an experienced clinical research professional with proven experience in clinical trial management, preferably from Medical Devices. Proficiency in regulatory requirements, GCP guidelines, and clinical trial data management systems is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the data collected during trials, overseeing trial sites, and conducting regular in-person or virtual site visits.
  • Collaborate with sponsors at trial sites to ensure ethical conduct and adherence to regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with protocols, standard operating procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Review and analyse clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain study timelines and budgets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in a Clinical Research/Clinical Trial Management position
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines, including GCP and ICH.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial data management systems and electronic data capture.
  • Experience with site selection, initiation, management, and monitoring activities.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification in clinical research, such as ACRP certification.
  • Understanding of medical device regulation and development processes.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with study teams and cross-functional departments.
