Co-Founder
Acquire Me is a technology recruiting firm who have built a reputation for delivering World class technology talent into the most renowned Hedge Funds, Quant Trading Firms along with a carefully curated portfolio of well-funded, high growth start-ups within the broader FinTech ecosystem.
We are planning for expansive growth with the opening of new markets, teams and offices. We are looking to to hire a seasoned Recruiter, with a demonstrable track record, business acumen and ambitions + desire to grow an org.
You will work directly with the Co-Founders to build out the necessary infrastructure and resources, as well as hands on support with business development and resourcing/delivery required to organically get the wheels turning.
What's Required:
-Experienced Recruitment Leaders
-Experience building out a new patch, growing and managing teams
-Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
-Lead projects from inception through to delivery and maintenance
-Setting of budgets and strategy in line with company goals
-Strong problem solving skills
