Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Berkshire and M4 corridor

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + overtime and call out

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of coffee machines at client sites.

Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.

Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.

Collaborate with the wider team to optimize service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a coffee machine engineer or similar role.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Full UK driving license.
