We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join a dynamic team at a Tier 1 Main Contractor. They are at the forefront of the construction industry, delivering innovative and high-profile projects across various sectors, from healthcare, education, leisure and commercial surpassing 100m in value.

As Commercial Manager you will be overseeing numerous projects at any given time playing a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the projects and ensuring the highest standards of excellence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and minimize cost.
• Oversee the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff, providing guidance and support.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve commercial issues.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in commercial practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A proven track record as a Commercial Manager within the construction industry delivering schemes up to 100m in value.
• Extensive experience with Tier 1 main contractors is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management
