Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant -

Perms Commercial, Finance and Accountancy or any professional sector

Hybrid- Three days working from home/ two days in branch

My client is a small boutique recruiter who are part of a larger recruitment group who have more than 70 branches, they are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruiter to take over their warm  highly successful Perms desk based in Mansfield Nottinghamshire. Their team is fun and lively, and they  are seeking someone who can bring both business growth and team growth. In return, they offer hybrid working a competitive salary and an uncapped commission structure increasing as your  desk grows.

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum,

Commission up to 15%

Home 3 days per week and 2 days in the Mansfield branch

Perms established commercial desk that can de developed to a perms division and grow a team around you

Must have previous recruitment experience within perms in any professional sector

Fast-paced environment

Proactively seek new business opportunities

Account Management for existing client base

Conduct client meetings and presentations

Drive new business wins

Interview and assess candidates

Collaborate with the team

Attention to detail is key

Self-motivated and driven to grow the division and build a team of Consultants around them

Proven track record of exceeding expectations
