Commercial Property Adjuster – Northeast

The Role:

Our commercial property team handle a wide variety of material damage and business interruption losses up to a value of £100,000. We’re pleased to share an opportunity to welcome an experienced commercial adjuster to our Northeast team where you’ll benefit from desk-based support and market-leading technology.

You'll proactively manage claims from initial field visit to settlement,  delivering the superb service our clients and their customers expect from us, with autonomy to make decisions whilst supported by your manager and expert colleagues on more complex and challenging claims.

Key role requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing commercial claims

  • ACII or ACILA qualified beneficial

  • A confident communicator

  • Commitment to delivering superb customer service

  • IT proficient – we operate an entirely electronic environment

  • Conscientious and hard working with a willingness to be flexible when required particularly during times of surge

  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
