We are looking for a Commercial Epilepsy Strategy & Solution Lead  who is innovative and agile to join us in our Europe Epilepsy team based in our HQ, Brussels, UK  or Germany.

About the role

The Commercial Epilepsy Strategy & Solution Lead Europe is responsible for the successful commercialization Fintepla and contribute to the overall Epilepsy Portfolio Strategy. This role is a key contributor and driver of the development and implementation of European strategic brand plan for Fintepla.

 

Who you’ll work with:

Key collaborators: Strategy Operation members, Area Solution Leads, US Marketing, Global Epilepsy, EPI Learning & Development, Business Analytics and Market Research

 

What you’ll do

  • Drive European Fintepla commercial strategy, tactical plan and KPIs and being responsible contribute the overall Epilepsy portfolio strategy
  • Accountable for a European integrated x-functional brand plan for Fintepla (medical, commercial, access, patient engagement) as well as providing area brand plan guidance
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the European epilepsy market UCBs epilepsy brands
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Fintepla data, leveraging it to maximize the product strategy, positioning and messaging
  • Develop product materials through collaboration with global and the US
  • Create sustainable business partnership with area teams to ensure insights from key markets is considered and strategic direction for brand is relevant and can be executed with impact
  • Initiate and analyse market data, including competitive intelligence and trends, to generate key strategic insights to drive brand and portfolio direction
  • Track European and area implementation and delivery against agreed KPIs
  • Support the Commercial Head on Epilepsy Commercial forum with area solution representatives enabling delivery of the Patient Value Business Partners across the European region
  • Be part of the European interface towards global epilepsy marketing to ensure global strategy alignment as well as with the US to ensure synergies in initiatives developed

I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience  and  skills

  • Marketing or a sales degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional knowledge of commercialisation and marketing, including product positioning, brand plan development
  • Strategic acumen and European product launch experience
  • Neurology, preferred Epilepsy & rare disease expertise
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceuticals in commercial including marketing and sales
  • Proven leadership abilities working, being influential and effective with cross-functional teams
  • Proven and demonstrated experience creating and presenting strategic business plan
