ARC is supporting an established M&E Company based in the Midlands area who provide a great working environment. They are now seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join their ever-growing team.

THE POSITION
Based from home, the BeMS Commissioning Engineer will cover the Midlands and surrounding areas.
The BeMS commissioning engineers’ duties will predominantly be commissioning new and existing project (upgrades, retrofits, head end supervisors).
With a proactive approach in support of BeMS Systems, whilst maintaining system availability and environmental conditions will provide our customer with ways in which to continually reduce energy costs.
The chosen candidate who takes on this excellent opportunity will be actively encourages to consider, share and deploy ways to benefit our current and expanding customer base.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Trend BeMS essential (able to write software using standard templates and understand SW logic)
- 936/IQ Vision end end BeMS supervisor experience (able to commission graphics)
- Tridium N4 qualification/experience to be competent using Tridium equipment
- A sound knowledge of integration to Trend/Tridium systems
- Knowledge of Tridium and/or Schneider would be advantageous, but not essential
- An understanding of HVAC applications
- Demonstrate electrical skills/competence
- Demonstrate working with initiative
- Strong report writing skills
- Customer facing skills are essential for this role as we pride ourselves on our customers relationships.
