As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will:
  • Drive occupancy by effectively marketing the home
  • Foster continuous improvement within your team
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safety

  • Commissioning experience, although this is not essential
