We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse/Community Nurse with a background in district nursing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a home to home or wardsettings. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

- Registered Nurse qualification with active registration
