Company Secretarial Assistant - Bermuda - LOW TAX

US$90K - US$100K + Bonus + Bens + Relocation

Relocate to Bermuda

Bermuda….. ever been there? Would you like to live there for a couple of years? If you’re a professional in the company secretarial or corporate governance space, then I might be able to make that happen for you.

I have a client who are looking for two Company Secretarial Assistant’s for their office in Bermuda and would like to speak with Candidates who have at least 2yrs commercial company secretarial / corporate governance experience providing a full back-office administration service to boards and shareholder’s.

Candidate’s must also be in possession of a professional qualification (ICSA, Diploma Corporate Governance or similar) – work permits will not be issued without at least one of these qualifications.

You will work on a large portfolio of clients that include listed group structures and there is plenty of scope for career progression.

Work permits will be paid for and administered by the firm and a relocation assistance will be provided.
