Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust compliance frameworks and policies in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our compliance programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure our compliance frameworks remain up-to-date and effective.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters, including training programs and compliance risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives and objectives.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies and auditors as necessary to address compliance inquiries and facilitate audits.
  • Stay informed about emerging compliance issues and proactively address potential risks to the business.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in compliance roles within the financial services or commodities trading industry, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of assurance testing (2nd line)
  • Good stakeholder and time management
