As part of the Compliance division of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, the Conduct Risk team supports our businesses to manage conduct risk, delivering fair outcomes for clients, communities, the markets in which we operate and throughout our organisation.

What role will you play?

As a Conduct Risk Analyst, you will support the administering of the Macquarie-wide Conduct Risk Program. The Program is responsible for developing and embedding a framework to support the identification and management of Conduct Risks. Using your mentorship skills, you will also assist in developing and administering training to team members and other stakeholders on relevant Conduct Risk areas.

What you offer
  • Experience across risk preferably in financial services and familiarity with conduct risk metrics.
  • An understanding of the UK regulatory environment would be beneficial.
  • The ability to draft clearly and concisely (e.g., meeting minutes, policy documents and PowerPoint presentations) are key for success in this role.
  • Strong technical and data analytic skills using Excel and PowerBI or equivalent will be essential.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
