This well-established London Market Insurer and Lloyd's Syndicate are seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to join their collaborative Compliance function.

Working closely with senior individuals, your focus will be on Complaints management to ensure it meets the firms' company and regulatory expectations, as well as Conduct Risk in relation to Lloyd's and regulatory returns.

This is an opportunity to not only utilise Complaints handling skills, but also allows you to develop and build on your Conduct Risk knowledge within the Lloyd's Market.

Experience of a thorough Complaints handling process is key, as well as working knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
