work: 37 Hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the
following:
- Degree in relevant field
- Good contractual and
commercial knowledge
- Risk control skills knowledge
- Good
management skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Good
operational planning and time management skills
- Good knowledge of
construction practices and standards
Role information:

Ensure health and safety and quality standards are adhered to

Plan to ensure works are achieved to schedule
- Ensure targets are
achieved
- Monitor and manage coordinators to ensure their duties
are completed to the required standard
- Ensure resources are
allocated and used efficiently
- Ensure legislation and standards
are complied with
- Provide problem solving solutions when
needed
- Report on project progress
