Project Manager Needed - Must have project manager experience 

You will need to have had construction experience managing projects

Job Role: 
- Planning work effectively across all concurrent job sites
- Attend construction meetings/ pre start up meeting with clients 
- Attend site for progress checks / Spot checks on site 
- Liaise with site and order materials 
- Managing recruitment of temp staff
- Experience dealing with RAMS/Tool Box Talks
- Process time sheets weekly 
- Manage construction staff holidays
 

What you will need 
- Full UK Driving licence 
- Current CSCS card
- Competent using Microsoft word and excel 
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Experience working under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and change plans
