Construction Site Administrator - Wembley

Full Job Description

Our client is a specialist contractor who are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures. Their approach combines structural precast concrete, insitu concrete and steelwork to deliver modern structures, including the buildings external facades as required. They operate within many construction sectors including, commercial, residential, industrial, custodial, healthcare, schools and infrastructure.

They have a live project in Wembley, London.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Site Administrator to join the team.

Permanent position.

Some of the duties include:

Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the site to ensure that documentation is current and up to date and compliant with the contractors expectations.
Supporting the construction manager with administrative tasks which will allow them to focus and spend time out on site.

Site Hours: Monday - Friday, (Apply online only).

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction Site Administrator
• Strong communication, listening and IT skills
• Close attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual
• Ability to work closely with the Senior Management team
• Formal qualifications - desirable
• Flexible and adaptable to working with different types of people
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Working references - essential
• Availability to attend an interview
