As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor, you'll be responsible for drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, and forms of security, as well as providing expert advice on procurement methods. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a strong academic background in law.
