Our mission is driven by a belief in accessible vet care for enhanced animal welfare, crafting tools that integrate seamlessly into users' lives. Join us as we em'bark' (oh yes we did) on an exciting phase of rapid growth and contribute to a culture of innovation, mutual support, and a passion for making a real difference.

Role Summary:

The aim of the role is to increase usage of the platform amongst existing users, raise awareness of new features and, of course, increase sales to new practices.

We're seeking a creative and personable Content Marketing Specialist to take the lead on our content creation strategy. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, working with people and getting stuck in. You'll be responsible for a subset of our KPIs, planning and crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience, including case studies and video testimonials, as well as ensuring our brand shines at industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that includes both graphics and copy for email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, case studies, and video content, highlighting the impact of our products on vet practices and the animals they care for.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with existing clients to gather insights, stories, and testimonials. This includes conducting interviews and filming client testimonials, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and a sensitive approach to client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing, product and sales teams to ensure content showcases our product, addressing the needs and pain points of our users.
  • Event Management: We'd love to run more of our own events as well as optimise the impact of existing events.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and events, making data-driven decisions to enhance future strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience & Skills: Proven track record in KPI based content planning and execution, with the ability to produce engaging content and execute successful email campaigns. Strong graphic design, writing, editing, and communication skills are essential. Experience with video production and editing would be a bonus.
  • People Skills: Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and conduct interviews.
  • Creativity & Initiative: Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Willing and able to adapt strategies on the fly and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Passion for the Mission: A genuine interest in animal welfare and the veterinary industry is a huge plus. Motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact through your work.

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Play a key role in a company that's making a real difference in the lives of animals and the people who care for them.
  • Growth & Development: Join us at a time of exciting growth and have the opportunity to shape the role and grow with the company.
  • Collaborative Culture: Become part of a supportive, innovative team that values open communication, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work and the autonomy to own your projects and make meaningful contributions.

If you're passionate about creating compelling content, love working with people, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you. We are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, believing that diverse perspectives enhance our mission and innovations. Join us at Digital Practice and help us continue to revolutionise veterinary care, one story at a time.
