The Role:
The Intersnack Work System (commonly known as IWS) is our standardised way of doing business together and operating our supply chain. It is designed to achieve and sustain breakthrough business results through 100% colleague engagement with a zero-loss mindset. The IWS Manager has the accountability for the development phases of IWS and will help the site achieve their site targets (CBN - Compelling Business Need), reduce losses and achieve total employee engagement.
As our IWS Manager, you will play a Leadership role at site, be part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Factory General Manager and your role will encompass the following elements:
Lead and coach the line organization and functions through the relevant IWS Phase Journey to improve results
* Clearly understand and communicate line & function priorities which will include execution requirements, resources and people
* Coach and support the Line Structure Teams to be able to set and deliver Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to secure target results, remove losses and report on the following at site level:
* Safety and Quality metrics
* Clean, Inspect, Lubricate and Defect Handling Daily Management System’s
* Production reliability results
* Training
Due to our idyllic, rural location, you will need your own transport

The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven coach with demonstrable experience of leadership capability
* A strong influencer , communicator & facilitator with a proven spectrum from senior level to operator
* Experience of delivering within a site Senior Leadership Role
* IWS experience preferred (Minimum lean, six sigma or similar lean system experience)
* Cost Centre Management, Budgeting and Forecasting
* Capital Expenditure process awareness
* The ability to lead change & take people with you on the journey
