The Company:

Our client is a regional Groundworks and Civils contractor for the Kent/SE London areas. They have an excellent client base of residential developers that they have forged strong relationships with. As a result of continued success and work wins in the region, our client is looking for a Contracts Manager with a demonstrable track record in delivering large scale resi grondworks schemes.

The succesful applicant will be joining a a progressive and forward thinking organisation with an enviable reputation for quality, safety and delivery.

The Candidate:

* Demonstrable track record in delivering succesful Groundworks schemes.

* Operational and Commercial attributes - solid negotiation skill sets.

* Ability motivate and mentor site teams in order to push projects to a quality completion.

* Excellent client facing skills.

* Excellent Communication Skills - Written/verbal.

* Computer literate.

* Highly organised and pro-active.

* Relevant industry Certs and Cards
