A long established and award winning construction company based in Manchester are looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their team.

The company have a strong track record of delivering exceptional projects for both public and private sector clients. A large amount of their projects are delivered via partnering and framework agreements and as a business they are committed to quality, integrity, and collaboration.

The contracts manager will oversee up to 4 projects ranging from 500k to 5m throughout the North West. Responsibilities will include negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and deadlines, monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively, collaborating with project teams to optimise resource allocation and mitigate risks, providing guidance on contract-related matters, and resolving disputes in a timely manner. You'll also be responsible for implementing best practices and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
