Control Systems Engineer

Monday to Friday days (early Friday finish)

The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Control Systems Engineer to join an expanding business, to be part of the engineering department at their manufacturing facility in Belper.

Scope of role

• Manage and improve process control for the manufacturing facility.
• Trouble shoot control systems issues across the site.
• Work with the NPI and projects team to implement new products into existing and new lines.
• Analyse how existing systems operate, highlight improvements and implement.
• Carry out routine maintenance as well as reactive duties to minimise system downtime.

The Control Systesm Engineer

• Educated to degree level in engineering, with a bias towards control systems engineering highly advantageous.
• Experienced within automated manufacturing / material handling environments.
• Some working knowledge of Labview.
• Network management and troubleshooting.
• Offer support to the central Derby based team.
