Join MySweetSmile, the UK's leading home teeth whitening and oral care brand, awarded 'Best Teeth Whitening Product' for two consecutive years by The Independent's IndyBest. With over 500,000 smiling customers, we’re on a mission to enhance smiles across the globe and are seeking a seasoned CRO Specialist, proficient in the e-commerce beauty niche, to become our Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This key role is dedicated to enhancing performance across multiple platforms including our website, Amazon, and other sales channels, leveraging data-driven strategies to maximise conversion rates and customer engagement.


Roles and Responsibilities


As the Head of CRO, you will:


  • Strategise and Innovate: Utilise A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to design and refine effective sales funnels and customer journeys. Drive continuous improvement through rigorous data analysis, page redesigns, content additions, development of referral programmes and more.



  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with the MD, Marketing, Head of Creative, and Brand Copywriter to align CRO strategies with broader marketing objectives, ensuring a unified and effective user experience.



  • Analyse and Adapt: Oversee the use of SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics to adapt strategies that meet business goals.



  • Research and Stay Ahead: Conduct market research to stay ahead of consumer behaviour trends and digital marketing innovations, ensuring our strategies keep pace with industry movements.



  • Develop and Lead: Gradually build and manage a team of designers and developers dedicated to creating high-impact, data-driven optimisation strategies across our website, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. You will be fully responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop presences.



Qualifications Needed


  • Minimum of 3+ years within conversion rate optimisation, preferably in the e-commerce sector handling platforms like Shopify and Amazon.



  • Demonstrated ability to transform and align website aesthetics and functionality with a company's branding vision, underpinned by a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.



  • Proficiency with analytical and optimisation tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, etc.), and a strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and UX principles.



  • Experience in executing rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to drive decision-making.



Skills Needed

  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce data analytics, adept at using insights to drive decision-making and growth.



  • Strong project management and operational skills, capable of handling multiple, simultaneous projects while meeting tight deadlines.



  • Excellent communication skills, capable of having tough conversations and driving the business forward with a team of skilled professionals.



  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong-plus.
