Overview

An exciting opportunity to work in a nationally recognised plot sales team with a client base that includes some of the UK's largest developers.

 

Responsibilities

You will work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including:

  • Handing a caseload of new-build plot sales for a variety of regional and national housebuilders and residential developers.
  • Handling part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling part-exchange properties.
  • Dealing with transactions for housing associations, legal charges, and all ancillary matters.
  • General support on appropriate matters for the Real Estate department.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
  • ILEX qualification and/or substantial experience of working on a caseload of conveyancing files within a law firm.

What we offer:
  • Hybrid working – split your time between home and our office, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
