CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
A forward-thinking conveyancing firm based in the heart of Pontefract are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis due to a period of continued growth. The firm are widely recognised for their high levels of client care. CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deal with matters in residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Take dictation as required
• Deal with customer enquiries promptly and pass them to the relevant department when needed
• Deal accurately with filing/storage and retrieval of client files
• Maintain a diary management system
• Set up files on new instructions

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience in the conveyancing sector

• Adaptable dynamic approach and willing to learn
• Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks as required
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT Literate in both MS Office & in the use of a CRM system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
