About THE ROLE

The Business Development team was created to drive the future success and optimization of the Region North PVH business (Netherlands, Nordic region, UK & Ireland). This central function is in place to help the business make high impact, effective decisions that support sustainable business growth in the key pillars of success. The team adds long-term regional value by setting a regional strategy, facilitating world-class execution, understanding, and sharing the drivers of the business, all while managing risks and identifying future opportunities.

Reporting into the Business Development & Management Support Manager, this role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the Tommy Hilfiger Wholesale team in day-to day tasks, from organizational support on divisional product templates to the coordination of seasonal Market Launch events and other important Sales processes. The content of this role is very diverse and will touch base with all areas of the Wholesale business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day support for the Business Development Manager and regional Sales teams
  • Support the Sales team in preparing divisional product analysis, including consolidating collection feedbacks and lessons learned for Tommy Hilfiger each season.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to prepare product strategy templates for upcoming seasons in collaboration with the Sales, Finance, and Consumer Insights teams
  • Work closely with Planning, Sales, and Business Development to support in the preparation and coordination of each Market Launch for Tommy Hilfiger
  • Assist in streamlining and developing processes, offering one-stop solutions for all divisional requests and templates each season
  • Support the order and sampling process of our Key Account Partner Program by acting as a communicator between our regional Wholesale Operations and central Marketplace teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of seasonal Wholesale end-to-end processes including overall timelines, workstreams, divisional planning phases, order process, and operational lead times
  • Build a strong network across Sales, Wholesale Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Divisional teams both in the UK and across Region North
  • Support the wider Business Development team to help coordinate strategic inputs to support the Region North PVH+ Plan
  • Assist with impact and market analyses of the dynamically changing market, from micro to macroeconomic factors and new business opportunities
