M & A Corporate Associate 6+ PQE -Partnership Prospects

We are working with a Partner who has a market-leading energy renewables practice.

You must have experience with a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top tier US Firm

• We are looking for an E&W qualified candidates with at least 5 years experience of M&A with City experience of City type deals.
• We are specifically interested in candidates with a focus on energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements (both financially and physically settled, and both on the buy- and sell-side), corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, environmental attribute agreements (EU GoOs, UK REGOs, International IRECs), sleeved renewable electricity agreements and other price hedging agreements.
• You should also have good working knowledge of UK and EU regulation related to the sale and purchase of power and related benefits..
• This role will sit in our Energy & Infrastructure practice which headed up by five partners

Partnership prospects are very good and will be discussed.
