Nicholas Scott are working with a major international firm who are looking for a 2-5 year pqe top tier Corporate/Private Equity lawyer for their Sydney office.
The firm's leading Corporate and M&A practice has an impressive client base that includes leading companies including Global Fortune 500 and many of Australia and Asia Pacific's most innovative and successful companies.
They are looking for an Associate to join the highly regarded Corporate team in Sydney to advise clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, funds management, private equity, competition / antitrust law, real estate, foreign investment and capital markets.
Their requirements are for a commonwealth qualified 2-5 PQE lawyer, with experience of working in Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and PE transactions and they are willing to sponsor overseas lawyers
