JOB Title: Associate- Corporate M&A

LOCATION: London

SALARY: From £200,000 + Bonus

Our client, a premier global law firm with a strong presence in the technology, life sciences, and other growth sectors, is currently seeking a UK-qualified corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.

The firm represents its clients at every stage of development, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multibillion-dollar global corporations, as well as the venture firms, private equity firms, and investment banks that finance and advise them. The firm's primary focus is on offering innovative business and legal advice to UK and European tech companies. The team leverages off its global expertise to support the growth of such companies, from launching, scaling, and raising capital to exiting via M&A, IPO, or otherwise, with a particular focus on UK and European tech companies exploring US expansion, fundraising, or exit.

Joining a close-knit and fast-paced team, the successful will have at least 3 years of PQE and have trained and qualified with another City or top London law firm. It is essential that candidates have a stellar academic record and a strong corporate background in M&A. The candidate must have a strong desire to be a collaborative contributor in a fast-paced working environment and to actively engage in helping to build a thriving corporate practice, including mentoring and training junior associates."
