Large Legal 500 regional Law firm, that have recently opened a London office, close to Liverpool Street, wish to recruit a Senior Lawyer or Partner to develop their corporate practice. Salary £90-£130K approx.

They now strive to grow their reach further and are looking for someone that can assist them to grow the new London offering and provide additional depth to the Team’s experience, with the benefit of support from the existing Team.
They are interested in candidates looking for greater work life balance that might prefer to split their time between London or their home. The development of specialist sector interests will be supported where they align with the Team’s offering.
The successful candidate must currently be working in private practice for a UK Law firm and wish to join a highly driven and successful team and be supported to develop our corporate and banking capabilities and will have experience in:
- Buying and selling businesses and companies
- Restructures/mergers/demergers
- Corporate finance/ private equity / venture capital investments
- Joint Ventures
- Security and lending
- Partnerships and LLPs
- Business Law and corporate administration
